This early immersion in the world of flavors instilled in me a deep appreciation for the art of cooking. After primary school, when the time came to choose my further career path, I found myself at a crossroads, torn between two seemingly disparate worlds: the analytical precision of information technology and the creative, hands-on artistry of becoming a chef.
